Pender County Library in Burgaw will host Dr. Chris E. Fonvielle Jr. on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 6 p.m. for a talk on the Battle of Moores Creek Bridge, presented in commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the battle and of the founding of the United States.
