All Aboard at the Wilmington Railroad Museum to celebrate America 250! Steam Engines and railroads may not have been at play during the American Revolution, but they were an integral part in the development of the United States. February 23rd-27th, sign up for one of our specially themed guided tours at the museum. Learn about special topics of American Railroad History that aren’t included in our regular tours, in addition to North Carolina Railroad History. February 21st and 28th, bring the kids out for some fun hands-on learning! Kids can join us at the craft station to create their own train and explore the model layouts in the museum. Explore how railroads changed and shaped the United States, learn about North Carolina’s Railroad History, and be a kid again in the museum’s model halls – the largest public model layout in North Carolina!
