A Colonial Faire at Harmony Hall

Harmony Hall is excited to be a part of the America250 NC and NC First in Freedom Festival celebrations!

Immerse yourself in colonial history and culture to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary at one of North Carolina's oldest homes.

A Colonial Faire will be held on February 22 from noon until 4 and will feature:
- An opening ceremony and presentation by the Le Marquis de Lafayette Chapter from the North Carolina Society Sons of the American Revolution on "The Race to Wilmington—Bladen County and the Pathway to Moore’s Creek" 1:00 at the main house
- Period music by the Huckleberry Brothers Band and dancing by all in the Chapel throughout the day
- Crafts and games for children
- Traditional craft vendors and demonstrations
- Food offerings
- Musket firing
- Reenactors that bring history to life

Event is free, however, a kindly $10 per person donation is gently requested to offset the costs for this event, our operational expenses and property upkeep.
